Easier e-invoicing process for SoDeClass thanks to EDICOT solution

Since 2004, SoDeClass has sold and implemented softwares that complete accounting applications of its customers. These softwares enable in particular optimal filing within information systems. This one man business wished to send its 130 annual invoices electronically while respecting French Tax Code clauses.
E-signed PDF solution by EDICOT, qualified by GS1 France, appeared to conform to SoDeClass expectations and to legal obligations. In only two weeks, e-invoicing without any paper was implemented for 60 % of business invoices.
E-invoicing: real profit for small businesses
Sending e-invoices with a solution qualified by GS1 France guarantees business standard interoperability and conformity to tax laws. Eric Jeanneau, SoDeClass CEO, shows how easy EDICOT tool is for day-to-day activities. “Customer relations are all the more strengthened because this solution enables exchanges transparency, monitoring invoicing process is now optimal”.
These flexible exchanges are also possible thanks to more reliable sending. After getting business partners’ agreements for e-invoicing, just one click is now enough to check all invoices data and send them to customers. Then invoices recipients get an e-mail with a secured link from which they reach their invoices visuals. They can accept or refuse them by mentioning their reasons. Once invoices are validated, they are eventually stored within the filing platform provided by EDICOT.
